This pair had no major damage when I received them, but the original crossovers were tired and the sound was muddy by today's standards.
These are 3-way speakers with 4 drivers which is unusual.  One of the tweeters is a diaphragm type and the other is a horn type.
The original lattices had only some minor scratches.  All original drivers were in excellent condition.

• 8" woofers

• 5.5" midrange

• 2" diaphragm tweeter

• 2" horn tweeter

Restoration:

• Cleaned all dust

• Replaced the crossovers with new uxcel  OL-300K crossovers.

• Touched up the finish and minor scratches

• Listening test: very satisfactory

• Electronic test:  very satisfactory; see test report below

I'm very pleased with the result.  These are much better than new in sound quality and they look very nice.  This system will be great for a mid-sized room.
