Infinity Qb

This pair appeared to have been in storage for a long time and one speaker was wrapped in plastic.   Both speakers were very sticky from vinyl oxygen reaction over time.  The tweeter in one speaker was not functioning.  There was a small amount of swelling on the bottom of both speakers (from water) and evidence of impact on one side of one speaker.  There are a few nicks in the mesh covers.  2 mesh cover mounts were broken off and lost.

Restoration:

• Cleaned all dust

• Removed tape and stains

• Removed vinyl residues and crayon marks

• Attached the loose mesh cover with Velcro dots

• Replaced the bad tweeter with used original spare

• Listening test: very satisfactory

I'm very pleased with the result.  These are like new in sound quality and they look (and feel) good.
